State Bank Announces Multiple Jobs Under Officers Training Scheme

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has officially opened applications for its highly anticipated Officers Training Scheme (OTS) 2025, inviting talented graduates from across the country to apply for various entry-level positions in the central banking sector.

As part of its annual recruitment drive, SBP is offering opportunities to individuals who have completed their Master’s or Bachelor’s degrees (16 years of education) in disciplines such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy and related fields. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals under the age of 26 (as of the application deadline) are especially encouraged to apply.

The OTS program is known for its structured training model, which equips selected candidates with the skills and knowledge required to build a strong career in banking regulation, monetary policy, financial markets and economic research.

Applicants who pass the initial shortlisting process will be required to take a written test, followed by panel interviews. Once selected, candidates will undergo a comprehensive training session at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad before being posted to different departments and regional offices of the central bank.

This recruitment drive reflects SBP’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in the banking sector and maintaining transparency in hiring practices.
