Architectural company Znera Space has introduced an impressive concept design called “Downtown Circle,” which includes the world’s tallest free-standing structure, the Burj Khalifa.
The plan involves building a 550-meter-tall ring around the Burj Khalifa, creating a unique and sustainable structure. The idea aims to break away from traditional gated societies and skyscrapers, offering a more livable and self-sufficient urban space.
The concept envisions the Downtown Circle encompassing all of Downtown Dubai with a three-kilometer circumference. Znera Space shared pictures and illustrations of the idea on their Instagram page, showcasing the stunning visuals.
The project aims to create a hyper-efficient urban center that is environmentally friendly and gives back to the environment. The proposed mega structure provides an innovative and connected alternative to traditional high-rises commonly found in cities.
