Suzuki is launching Asia’s First Electric Scooter Japanese Automaker!
Suzuki, the Japanese automaker, has launched Asia’s first electric scooter. The “Burgman Electric” vehicle is anticipated to thoroughly change the two-wheeler market in the area.
With a single charge, the high-performance lithium-ion battery in the Burgman Electric can travel up to 95 kilometres. The scooter’s top speed of 50 km/h makes it ideal for city transportation. A typical household plug may charge the battery in approximately four hours.
The scooter has several features, including LED illumination, a regenerative braking system, and a digital instrument panel. It is a valuable option for daily use because it also features ample storage space.
According to Suzuki, the Burgman EV would be sold starting in May 2023 in major Asian regions, including India. The company hopes to sell 10,000 units in the first year of manufacturing.
