Syed Suleman Kazim Highlights the Rise in Crypto Scams and Shares Key Tips for User Safety

Why We’re Speaking Out Now

Crypto hacks and social-engineering scams are surging industry-wide—and the threats are getting more sophisticated. At Millionero, we’ve seen spoofed emails, fake Telegram groups, and even messages impersonating our own CEO, Syed Suleman Kazim. These schemes target both users and internal staff, aiming to trick you into revealing sensitive information.

We’re publishing this blog to set the record straight—and to make sure traders, investors, and media outlets have a clear and trusted source of truth.

“In crypto, trust must be earned and protected at all costs. Security isn’t just a feature—it’s a culture we live by at Millionero.”
Syed Suleman Kazim, CEO of Millionero

🚫 Millionero Will Never Do the Following

  • Ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or passwords
  • Send unsolicited Google Drive links or attachments
  • Contact you via personal WhatsApp numbers
  • Threaten to freeze your account if you “don’t act now”

If you ever see this behavior, assume it’s a scam and report it immediately.

✅ Five Quick Checks Before You Click

1. Verify the sender’s domain
All official emails end in @millionero.com. Be wary of lookalikes such as “milIionero.com” (note the double capital “i”).

2. Look for TLS (padlock icon)
Only trust login or KYC pages that begin with https:// and show a secure padlock icon in the address bar.

3. Confirm through the app
All legitimate alerts or requests from Millionero are mirrored on your official dashboard. If you don’t see it there, it’s not from us.

4. Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
Use Google Authenticator over SMS for a stronger layer of security.

5. Slow down on urgent messages
Scammers play on panic. Take 30 seconds to breathe, re-read the message, and when in doubt, open a support ticket through official channels—never reply directly.

🛡️ Security Tips for a Safer 2025

  • Upgrade your password manager and rotate exchange passwords every 90 days
  • Watch for phishing spikes near holidays (e.g. Halloween, year-end)
  • Always cross-check URLs in YouTube video descriptions, Discords, or influencer tweets—scammers thrive on look-alike domains
  • Report anything suspicious to [email protected] — early detection helps us shut down fake domains faster

Stay Vigilant. Stay Safe.

We built Millionero to be secure by design—from our lightning-fast matching engine to our MiCA-compliant frameworks. But the final layer of security is you. With the right awareness and habits, you can avoid 99% of scams before they ever touch your wallet.
