How to Access the Service:

Residents need to download the app to sign up for the home security service. - Registration Process:
- Enter personal details such as Emirates ID number, valid email ID, mobile phone number, Makani number, villa number, travel details (departure and arrival dates), and emergency contact information.
- Registration can be completed at the airport before departure or through the smart home security app while outside Dubai.
- Submit Request:
After filling out the application form and attaching required documents, residents submit their request. - Confirmation:
Upon submission, residents receive a transaction number via SMS and email to follow up on their request.
