UAE to Offer One Million Jobs This Year?

UAE is preparing for a major rise in job opportunities in 2025, thanks to the strong growth of its tourism and related industries. Experts say that the country’s welcoming policies and stable environment have played a key role in attracting both visitors and investors.

According to the latest findings from the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), thousands of new jobs are likely to be created this year as the UAE strengthens its position as a global destination for tourists and businesses. The report suggests that by the end of 2025, over 925,000 people could be working in the UAE’s travel and tourism sector alone.

This impressive growth is a sign of the UAE’s successful recovery from the pandemic and its ambitious plans for the future. Spending by international visitors is expected to hit AED 228.5 billion next year—much higher than the levels seen in 2019.

The WTTC also estimates that the tourism sector will contribute around AED 267.5 billion to the country’s economy in 2025, which would make up about 13% of its total GDP. These figures highlight the UAE’s rising status as a hub for travel, investment, and employment.

The WTTC represents private travel and tourism businesses around the world and works closely with global companies to track and support growth. With the UAE’s strong leadership and vision, the country is set to offer new hope for job seekers and investors in 2025 and beyond.
