An ultrafast charging station for electric vehicles (EV), which can charge 20 cars all at once and add over 200 kilometers of battery life to the cars within 8 minutes, started operation in Fujian, China.
It’s a a standardized smart electric vehicle charging station that integrates charging piles with an energy storage system powered by a DC microgrid.
The charging station covers an area of 2,100 square meters and has a megawatt-level energy storage system. There are solar panels on the roof, which use solar energy and store it to charge the cars.
It can also conduct a “physical examination” of batteries that are being charged and send the results of battery performance tests to car owners to provide them with accurate and scientific battery maintenance tips.
