US Vice President JD Vance Leaves Pakistan With No Deal on Ending Ir@n W@r

US Vice President JD Vance has left Pakistan after more than 23 hours of talks failed to produce an agreement to end the ongoing conflict. The discussions were part of the Islamabad Talks, aimed at reducing tensions between the United States and Iran.

Speaking to reporters before departing from Islamabad, Vance said there was no breakthrough despite long and detailed negotiations. He explained that the United States had clearly presented its non-negotiable conditions, including firm assurances that Iran would not develop or obtain nuclear weapons capabilities.

According to Vance, Iranian negotiators did not accept these terms, which led to a deadlock in the discussions. He added that although both sides made efforts, they were unable to reach common ground on key issues.

Vance also revealed that Donald Trump remained closely involved during the talks, holding multiple consultations with the US delegation throughout the process.

Meanwhile, Iranian state-linked media responded by criticizing the United States, accusing it of making excessive demands that slowed down progress in the negotiations.

Despite the outcome, officials noted that the talks were still important, as they allowed direct communication between both sides after a long period of limited contact. The discussions had raised hopes for a possible agreement, but major differences remained unresolved.

Observers believe that while no deal was reached, continued dialogue may still help reduce tensions in the future and keep diplomatic efforts alive.
