In the next eighth season of the HBL Pakistan Super League, Wahab Riaz will be available to play for Peshawar Zalmi (PSL). The development was confirmed by a PCB spokesperson.
A Pakistani fast bowler was just named the sports minister in the Punjab government’s caretaker cabinet. On the evening of February 12, he was supposed to take his oath of office as minister of sports.
Wahab’s participation was questioned since people close to him claimed that the left-arm pacer wouldn’t be able to represent Zalmi in the competition because of the added obligations of being a minister.
