World’s Leading Airline “Emirates” Offering Job Opportunities, Here are the Details!

Emirates, a leading global airline, has announced the recruitment dates for cabin crew positions in two cities in Pakistan, Islamabad and Karachi.

As part of their worldwide recruitment efforts, Emirates will be conducting invite-only recruitment events on May 17th in Islamabad and May 19th in Karachi. The interview and assessment process will commence at 9 AM on these dates, and only candidates who have applied through the Emirates website will be invited to participate.

Emirates follows two recruitment methods: “open day” and “invite only.” For open days, applicants can directly visit the recruitment venue without prior application submission, but they must adhere to the guidelines provided on the website.

On the other hand, invite-only candidates are required to submit an online application and will receive invitations for the subsequent rounds of the recruitment process via email. It is essential to note and adhere to this important information when applying for cabin crew positions with Emirates.

Job Requirements:

To qualify for the Emirates cabin crew, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are preferred).
  • Possess a friendly and collaborative personality.
  • Minimum height of 160cm and the ability to reach 212cm high.
  • Meet the employment visa criteria set by the UAE.

Additionally, candidates must also have:

  • At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • High school education (Grade 12) as a minimum.
  • No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

During the cabin crew recruitment process, Emirates has specific dress code requirements for candidates. Male candidates should have well-groomed hair, be cleanly shaven, and wear business attire with formal shoes.

Female candidates are expected to tie their hair back neatly, wear full makeup, and dress in business attire, including high-heeled shoes.

Emirates offers a range of attractive benefits to its cabin crew members, including:

  1. Monthly basic income of AED 4,430 along with a flying pay of AED 63.75 per hour. The average total monthly salary is approximately AED 10,170.
  2. Hotel accommodations and airport transportation provided during layovers. Overnight meal allowances are credited to the salary in the following month.
  3. Staff members can enjoy the Emirates staff travel perks as per the guidelines outlined in the Staff Travel Manual.
  4. Free furnished housing, including water and electricity. The accommodation allows for two family members to stay for a maximum of 30 days twice a year.
  5. Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave, and one free ticket for annual leave to the employee’s home country is also provided.

These benefits contribute to the overall package offered by Emirates to its cabin crew members.
