16-Year-Old Student Mahnoor Cheema Sets a New Record by Passing 34 Subjects at GSCE Level

Mahnoor Cheema, a 16-year-old British-Pakistani student, set a new record by passing an astounding 34 courses at the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) level.

Mahnoor has achieved a record-breaking 34 subject passes at the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) level, making history both domestically and internationally.
In Year 10, as a private candidate, she received A* grades in all 17 of her subjects. Mahnoor increased the number of topics by 17, bringing the total to 34 and setting a new record.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, English Literature, Latin, German, French, Classical Civilization, History, Film Studies, and Drama are a some of the 34 topics Mahnoor excelled in.

Another Pakistani student, Haroon Tariq, achieved a record-breaking 47 in the O Level and A Level exams for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) ten years ago.
Her parents, Barrister Usman Cheema and Mrs. Tayyaba Cheema emigrated to the UK in 2006 from Lahore, Pakistan.
