The sweet taste of Pakistani mangoes will reach Chinese consumers as 800 cartons of the prized fruit arrived in China last Friday. The shipment, weighing over 3 tons (3,200 kilograms), comprises mainly of Sindhri and Chaunsa.
So far, the “King of Fruits” have been available for purchase through various Chinese e-commerce platforms, including JD.com’s Pakistan Pavilion, Douyin shops, and WeChat accounts.
Prior to express delivery in China, the mangoes are transported by cold chain to Pakistani airports for air shipment to China. With cutting-edge preserving technology, the products can be stored at room temperature for up to 13-15 days, allowing them to ripen naturally and deliver optimal flavor.
