JS Bank’s Digital Onboarding team is at the forefront of shaping Pakistan’s banking landscape, and they’re seeking a skilled individual to join their ranks and contribute to their rapid growth. As a pivotal member of this team, you’ll be tasked with spearheading the development and implementation of strategies and policies to optimize branchless banking/wallet operations. This includes overseeing electronic banking services, managing a dedicated team responsible for customer onboarding, transaction processing, and customer support.

With a strong emphasis on compliance, you’ll ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience and drive digital transformation initiatives. Your role will also involve conducting regular audits and risk assessments to uphold the security and integrity of branchless banking systems.

Furthermore, your role will encompass performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new projects within the branchless banking realm, ensuring thorough testing and providing sign-offs before implementation.

These positions calls for a candidate with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, ideally with at least 5 years in senior banking roles. While a minimum of a graduate degree is required, an MBA would be preferred, underscoring the importance of both practical experience and academic acumen in this role.
