At a civil rights conference in Lahore, young people who support Palestine passionately showed their unity with Gaza, which interrupted the speech of German Ambassador Alfred Grannas.
The 5th Asma Jahangir Conference, titled “People’s Mandate: Protecting Civil Rights in South Asia,” began with important individuals and diplomats from other countries attending. Among them were Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazir Tarar and Senior Supreme Court Judge Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.
The conference, organized by SCBA and PBC, experienced an energetic interruption during Grannas’ speech.
