Fly-Dubai has started its flight services to Islamabad and Lahore. The first flight, FZ-353, arrived in Islamabad from Dubai carrying 153 passengers. This event was marked by a special welcome from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), which greeted the aircraft with a water salute on the runway.
In addition to this warm reception, the airport management organized a small dinner to celebrate the occasion. The event was attended by several notable figures, including Syed Aftab Ali Shah Gilani, the Chief Operating Officer and Airport Manager, and Vijay Kumaran, Fly Dubai’s Director of Commercial Operations.
This launch marks an important expansion of Fly-Dubai’s operations, providing more travel options for passengers between Dubai and two major cities in Pakistan. The new routes are expected to enhance connectivity and offer more convenience for travelers.
