On Friday, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Headquarters to announce several new projects. She revealed plans to introduce a tram service in different parts of Lahore, including Liberty, Mini Market, and Hali Road.
During her visit, Maryam Nawaz chaired a meeting where she directed the establishment of the Punjab Development Authority (PDA).
This new body will oversee development projects in the province. Additionally, she ordered the remodeling and beautification of MM Alam Road, aiming to enhance its appearance and infrastructure.
These initiatives are part of a broader effort to improve public transportation and urban development in Lahore, making the city more attractive and accessible for residents and visitors.
