The Parras facility, which has been in operation since 1996, covers 10 acres and fits well with Artistic Milliners’ expanding network, which includes operations in Guatemala and collaborations throughout Central America. This purchase is part of the company’s growth plan, focusing on creating production hubs closer to the U.S. in places like Mexico.
