Sirbaz Khan Becomes First Pakistani to Conquer All 14 World’s Highest Peaks

Pakistani mountaineer Sirbaz Khan has achieved an incredible milestone by becoming the first person from Pakistan to conquer all 14 of the world’s peaks that rise above 8,000 meters. This is a remarkable accomplishment that places him among a select group of elite climbers around the globe.

His journey to this historic achievement concluded with the successful ascent of Shishapangma, a peak located in Tibet, on October 4, 2024. Khan started his mountaineering career back in 2017 by scaling Nanga Parbat, one of Pakistan’s most challenging peaks. Over the years, he went on to summit famous peaks such as K2, Mount Everest, and Annapurna, showcasing his exceptional skills and resilience.

One of the most impressive aspects of his mountaineering journey is that Khan climbed 11 of these towering peaks without using supplementary oxygen, a feat that demands immense physical strength and mental determination.
