Eligibility and Requirements

- Form Submission:
- Applicants can download the prescribed application form from the KMC website: www.kmc.edu.pk.
- Processing Fee:
- Processing fees must be deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), University Campus Branch, Peshawar, in favor of the Dean, KMC.
- Chairperson (Serial No. 1 & 2): Rs. 3,000
- Assistant Professors (Serial No. 3): Rs. 2,000
- Demonstrators (Serial No. 4): Rs. 1,500
- Original bank slips must be attached to the application.
- Processing fees must be deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), University Campus Branch, Peshawar, in favor of the Dean, KMC.
- Submission Deadline:
- Applications must reach the Dean’s Office within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, submissions will be accepted on the next working day.
- Special Instructions for Previous Applicants:
- Candidates who applied for similar positions in December 2022 or August 2024 need not pay the processing fee again. They must submit updated credentials with a clear mention of their previous application.
Important Notes
- Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Documents cannot be changed or replaced once submitted.
- Post-qualification relevant experience will only be considered if supported by valid documentary evidence.
- Applicants must provide an equivalency certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan for foreign degrees.
