PIA Ready for Europe Re-Entry, Starting with Manchester & Paris Flights

PIA is preparing to restart flights to Europe after the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) lifted its ban on the airline. This marks a significant step forward for PIA and Pakistan’s aviation sector.

The national carrier plans to resume flights to major European cities, including Manchester and Paris, as it waits for final approval from EASA. PIA is currently finalizing flight schedules and marketing strategies to re-establish its presence on these routes.

Before the ban, PIA operated flights to several European destinations, such as Barcelona, Birmingham, Bradford, and London. The airline now aims to expand its European network by reintroducing flights to cities like Copenhagen, Oslo, and Amsterdam.

In addition to its European expansion, PIA is also working on resuming flights to New York. This move is part of the airline’s broader efforts to enhance its international operations and regain passenger confidence.

To support these plans, PIA has allocated six Boeing 777 aircraft for its European and American routes. The airline’s management sees this as a major milestone, reflecting its commitment to improving services and boosting Pakistan’s connectivity with the world.

PIA’s return to European skies is expected to strengthen trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges between Pakistan and the rest of the world. The resumption of these routes will also provide more convenient travel options for overseas Pakistanis and international travelers.

This development signifies a promising new chapter for PIA as it works to restore its reputation and expand its global reach.
