The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) have joined hands to launch Margalla Enclave, an exciting new residential project in Islamabad. This collaboration comes after the remarkable success of Sector C-14, where all 236 plots were sold out quickly, showcasing strong demand for high-quality housing in the area.
Margalla Enclave offers a variety of plot sizes, including five marla, 10 marla, and one kanal, catering to diverse needs and preferences. To make it accessible to more buyers, the project features flexible payment plans, allowing payments to be spread over a period of up to three years.
Speaking about the initiative, CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa described the partnership as a significant step forward. He emphasized that the project is designed to provide secure investment opportunities while promoting a modern and comfortable urban lifestyle for residents.
For added transparency and convenience, all relevant details about Margalla Enclave are available on the official CDA website. This ensures that prospective buyers can access accurate information before making their investment decisions.
