The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has denied the rumors that Imran Khan’s name has been removed from an enclosure at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Some people speculated that the name of the 1992 World Cup-winning captain was taken down due to political reasons. However, a PCB official dismissed these claims, saying that no enclosures have been renamed or removed.
The Imran Khan Enclosure, which has been a VIP stand since 1992, is still there and has not been changed.
The confusion arose because the stadium is currently undergoing renovations in preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which Pakistan is set to host.
