Adaptive Electric and Schneider Electric partner to deploy 5000 rapid EV charging stations across Pakistan

Recently formed Adaptive Electric, Co-founded by Shaaf Mehboob and Hashim Raza today agreed with one of the world’s largest French multinational corporations; a conglomerate in energy management and digital automation, Schneider Electric as their partner in Pakistan to deploy rapid EV charging stations across Pakistan with state-of-the-art technology and E-commerce features.

The event was graced by the Consulate General of France, H.E. Alexis Chahtahtinsky, Country President of Schneider Electric Pakistan Mr. Humayun Akhlaq, Country Leader for panel builder & Distribution for Schneider Electric Pakistan, Mr. Kamran Sultan, CEO/Founder of Adaptive Electric Mr. Shaaf Mehboob, Director/co-founder Mr. Hashim Raza, and CEO of Puma Energy Mr. Fayaz.

Speaking on the occasion Mehboob was delighted to partner with Schneider Electric in Pakistan and spoke about Adaptive Electrics’ plans to deploy 5123 EV charging stations in phase 1 across Pakistan over the next couple of years with integration using Artificial Intelligence and E-commerce. He further mentioned that, site selection, feasibility and infrastructure analysis is already underway. In the coming few weeks it will be made official. With a population of 240 million people and a projected potential of 1 million electric vehicles (EVs) by 2035, Pakistan represents a significant opportunity for Schneider Electric to expand its global footprint in energy management and digital automation. 

This partnership marks a pivotal moment in our mission to bring world-class EV charging technology and innovative solutions to Pakistan. By leveraging our unique business model, knowledge transfer of successfully implemented models in the Middle East, Far Eastern and European markets, Shaaf added that, “We aim to replicate the expertise in deploying state-of-the-art EV infrastructure, integrated with cutting-edge scheduling solutions and e-commerce capabilities”.

The CEO of Adaptive electric, Mr. Shaaf added that: “The partnership aims at driving the EV revolution in Pakistan.
