KP Govt Set to Launch First Air Ambulance

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s first-ever air ambulance service is now ready to begin operations after completing a successful test flight. The provincial government carried out the test using an MI-17 helicopter, which has been specially converted into an air ambulance with modern medical equipment.

Health Advisor Ihtisham Ali, who was part of the test flight, confirmed that the helicopter is fully prepared to handle emergency medical evacuations. This important initiative, launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, aims to provide free air ambulance services to people in need across the province, ensuring faster medical assistance in critical situations.
