PM Shehbaz Receives Guard of Honour at Azerbaijan Presidential Place

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a formal guard of honor at Azerbaijan’s Zagulba Presidential Palace as he began his two-day visit to strengthen ties between the two countries.

He was warmly welcomed by Azerbaijan’s President, Ilham Aliyev, and the two leaders held important discussions on various key areas, including trade, investment, energy, defense, and climate cooperation.

During the visit, Pakistan and Azerbaijan signed multiple agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at boosting economic and strategic collaboration. These agreements will help both countries work together more closely in business, energy, and security.

In addition to these high-level meetings, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will participate in the Pakistan-Azerbaijan Business Forum. This event will bring together business leaders from both nations to explore new opportunities for trade and investment, helping to create strong business partnerships.

This visit highlights the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan and aims to further strengthen their diplomatic and economic relations. By working together, both countries hope to expand trade, enhance cooperation in different sectors, and build a more prosperous future for their people.
