Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following educational and professional experience criteria:
Medical Specialists
- Anaesthetist: FCPS/MCPS/Diploma in Anaesthesia
- Urologist: FCPS in Urology
- Pathologist: FCPS in Pathology (Haematology)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-fellowship experience in a recognized institution
Nurses and Technicians
- Staff Nurse: BS Nursing (Generic) or Post RN with a valid Pakistan Nursing Council registration and at least 3 years of experience in wards, ICUs, OT, and emergency settings
- General Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing (with one-year Midwifery/Post Basic Specialty) or a two-year Diploma in Allied Health Sciences with relevant experience
- Surgical Technician: BS Surgical or a three-year Diploma in the relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in OT settings
- Laboratory Technician: BS in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a three-year Diploma with 3 years of experience in laboratories
Support Staff
- Aya & Sanitary Worker: Primary/Middle pass with experience in a hospital setting
Age Limit
- Medical Specialists: Up to 45 years
- Staff Nurse: Up to 35 years
- Other Positions: Up to 30 years
