The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced several job opportunities across various government departments under Consolidated Advertisement No. 1/2025. Interested candidates can apply before the deadline on April 7, 2025.
Shortlisting Criteria for Interviews
Candidates will be shortlisted based on FPSC’s official policy under General Instructions (Para-16 A, B & C). Only those meeting the merit requirements in their respective quotas will be invited for interviews.
Required Documents for Selected Candidates
After the test or exam, high-merit candidates will be required to submit attested copies of the following documents within 15 days of the notice from FPSC:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Educational certificates (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, M.Phil, Ph.D.)
- CNIC (National Identity Card)
- Experience certificates (if required), mentioning job nature and description
- Domicile certificate
- Departmental Permission Certificate (for government employees)
- Original Treasury Receipt (TR) (for non-test cases)
- Equivalence certificate (if applicable) issued by HEC or relevant authority
Candidates must ensure that their experience comes from well-known national or international organizations, which are officially registered and recognized by the government.
Failure to provide complete or correct documents within the given time will result in disqualification. However, receiving a request for documents does not guarantee an interview, as the final eligibility is determined based on merit and documents.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility of all candidates will be determined based on the closing date of the advertisement, which is April 7, 2025.
Admission Certificates for Screening Tests
FPSC will upload Admission Certificates for the Screening or Descriptive Tests on its website a few weeks before the test date. Candidates must regularly visit the website for updates, as FPSC will not send information via post. However, SMS notifications may be sent.
FPSC Test Schedule and Requirements
The test or examination for these positions is scheduled to begin from May 24, 2025 (tentatively). The exact schedule and syllabus will be published on FPSC’s official website after the advertisement.
Candidates must bring the following documents for the Screening/Written Test:
- Original CNIC
- Original Treasury Receipt (TR)
- Printed Admission Certificate
Photocopies of the Treasury Receipt (TR) or Bank Scroll will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to keep the original TR safe to avoid inconvenience.
