The Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) in Peshawar has announced job openings in its Medical Teaching Institution (MTI). The hospital is seeking qualified candidates to fill various positions, offering a promising opportunity for professionals in the healthcare and administrative sectors.
Position Available: Secretariat Officer
One of the key roles available is the position of Secretariat Officer (Grade-16). Candidates with a BBA (Hons), MBA (16 years of education), or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Job Responsibilities
The Secretariat Officer will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Governance Secretariat. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, recording minutes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Candidates with strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and previous experience in teaching hospitals will be preferred.
