Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that a country’s success depends on hard work and economic growth, not financial aid from the IMF. He spoke about this at the launch of the Prime Minister’s Digital Youth Hub, where he highlighted Pakistan’s economic stability and the importance of modern skills for young people.
He stressed the need to focus on IT and AI training to prepare the youth for better job opportunities. To support this, he promised to cut unnecessary government expenses and invest more in education and skill development programs.
Recalling past efforts, he mentioned distributing 400,000 laptops to students to help them with their studies and careers. He believes that providing resources and training to the younger generation will help Pakistan move forward.
In addition, the Prime Minister announced that Rs34 billion had been recovered and added to the national treasury. He assured that these funds would be used for projects that benefit the country.
His speech focused on making Pakistan stronger through knowledge and skills rather than relying on foreign loans. He encouraged young people to take advantage of the opportunities available to them and contribute to the nation’s progress.
