Quran Khwani Held at Karachi Central Jail for President Zardari’s Recovery

A Quran recitation and special prayer ceremony was held at Central Jail in Karachi to pray for the speedy recovery of President Asif Ali Zardari. The event took place at the Medina Mosque located inside the jail premises and was organized by Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Jail, Hassan Sahto. Several senior officials, including SSP Abdul Karim Abbasi and other staff members, also attended the ceremony to show their support and offer prayers for the President’s health.

DIG Hassan Sahto explained that the purpose of the ceremony was to bring people together in prayer for the well-being and fast recovery of President Zardari. He mentioned that such acts of collective prayer are a meaningful way to express care and concern, especially during times of illness or uncertainty.

President Zardari has been under medical care recently, but according to his personal physician, Dr. Asim, there is good news about his condition. Dr. Asim confirmed that the President’s health is steadily improving and that he may be discharged from the hospital soon. He reassured the public that there is no serious reason to worry and strongly denied any rumors suggesting otherwise.

Dr. Asim added that the medical team is monitoring the President closely, and he is responding well to treatment. He asked the public to rely on official updates rather than pay attention to false reports that can cause unnecessary concern.

The ceremony at the jail was a peaceful and respectful gathering where participants prayed not only for President Zardari’s health but also for the general well-being of the nation. It served as a reminder of the importance of unity and compassion in times of difficulty.
