Pakistan’s T20I captain, Agha Salman, has suggested that Hasan Ali and Sahibzada Farhan could be back in the national team soon, thanks to their good form in PSL 10.
He praised both players for their strong performances this season, saying they are showing great potential. Agha shared that he is closely observing players during the tournament—not just from his own team, Islamabad United, but across all teams in the league. He wants to ensure that players who are performing consistently and staying fit get a chance in the national squad.
Agha emphasized that two key things matter most when selecting players: consistent performance and fitness. He believes that players must prove themselves over time and stay in top shape if they want to earn a call-up.
He also talked about the importance of playing smart cricket. According to him, the modern game demands quick thinking, adaptability, and solid game awareness. Teams must keep up with changing strategies and styles of play to stay ahead. He especially highlighted the role of bowlers in big tournaments. In his view, a strong bowling attack can be the difference between winning and losing.
While talking about the current PSL season, Agha appreciated Lahore Qalandars for their momentum. He acknowledged their good performance and said he is aiming to bring another title home with Islamabad United.
