Rao Talha Javed from Lodhran has made the country proud by becoming Pakistan’s youngest Assistant Commissioner at just 23 years old.
Talha’s academic journey began at Dunyapur Public School, where he passed his matriculation exams with distinction in 2015. He then completed his FSc in 2017 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2021.
With strong determination and focus, Talha prepared for the competitive CSS exam and passed it on his very first attempt in 2022, an achievement that is rare and impressive.
Following his success in the CSS exam, Talha underwent professional training under the 51st Common Training Program (CTP), which prepares young officers for various government roles. After completing the training, he officially started his role as Assistant Commissioner in Inland Revenue in 2025.
Talha’s story is an inspiration for many young Pakistanis who dream of serving their country. His hard work, commitment, and early success show that with the right mindset and dedication, big goals can be achieved at a young age.
