King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia has announced that 1,000 Palestinian pilgrims will be hosted for Hajj 2025 at his personal expense. This group will include the families of martyrs, prisoners, and those who have been wounded. The generous initiative was shared by Dr. Naif Al-Otaibi and is part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program, which is managed by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.
This act of kindness is a strong example of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing support for the Palestinian people and its commitment to Islamic unity. It has been praised as a compassionate and timely gesture, especially in light of the hardships faced by many Palestinians.
The program will cover all the costs and provide full logistical support to ensure the pilgrims’ journey to Makkah is smooth and comfortable. From travel and accommodation to meals and transportation, every detail will be taken care of.
Since its beginning in the year 1417 AH, the program has hosted more than 64,000 pilgrims from around the world, helping people fulfill their spiritual journey to Hajj with dignity and ease.
