LEOS International has appointed M. Naveed Ramzan as its new Enterprise IT Manager for the Pakistan office. With almost 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Naveed brings a wealth of knowledge in digital transformation, IT governance, and managing enterprise-level systems.
In his new role, Naveed will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s IT strategy and governance framework. He will oversee the smooth delivery of infrastructure and business-critical applications, ensuring that IT operations are secure and aligned with the company’s goals. His work will also focus on supporting digital transformation across different departments and regions, while managing compliance, data security, and risk.
Beyond his professional role, Naveed is well known in Pakistan’s IT community for his contributions to Agile Pakistan, a volunteer platform that promotes agility in the country’s IT ecosystem. As one of its founding members, he has played an active role for over 11 years in expanding Agile practices nationwide.
During his time with Agile Pakistan, Naveed has helped launch four city chapters and organize 12 national and regional conferences. He has also hosted more than 70 speakers, conducted over 100 knowledge-sharing events, and trained more than 10,000 professionals. Under his guidance, Agile Pakistan has partnered with over 30 industry leaders to promote collaboration, innovation, and professional development in the IT sector.
