The Sultanate of Oman has announced the Omani Scholarship Program 2025-26, offering fully funded undergraduate studies for Pakistani students. This opportunity is open to talented individuals who wish to pursue higher education in Oman in selected fields.
According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, the scholarships cover programs in Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology and Sciences. However, the program does not include studies in Medicine. The scholarships are available at selected universities in Oman, known for their academic quality and modern learning facilities.
The deadline to apply is September 23, 2025 and eligible students are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible.
The program comes with several attractive benefits for successful applicants. These include a 100% tuition fee waiver, which means students will not have to pay any university tuition costs. In addition, scholars will receive a monthly stipend to help cover living expenses OMR 200 for those without housing and OMR 140 for those who are provided with accommodation.
To make travel easier, the scholarship also covers one round-trip air ticket per year, allowing students to visit their families in Pakistan during academic breaks.
