NADRA has brought exciting news for job seekers across Sindh by announcing a large-scale hiring drive for 200 Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators). The initiative aims to strengthen NADRA’s network and improve access to registration services for citizens in both Karachi and interior Sindh.
According to official sources, walk-in interviews will begin on November 3, 2025, across multiple districts. The recruitment will cover five districts in Karachi and nine in interior Sindh, opening doors for hundreds of young candidates eager to start their professional journey.
To support this expansion, NADRA also plans to set up new regional offices in several districts, including Mirpurkhas, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Matiari, Thatta, Sujawal and others. Land acquisition for these facilities is already in progress, ensuring long-term development and smoother service delivery for citizens.
Candidates applying for the positions must have at least an Intermediate qualification, and the maximum age limit is 25 years. Officials shared that this opportunity will not only help improve NADRA’s reach in rural and semi-urban areas but will also create new employment opportunities for local youth.
This step aligns with NADRA’s broader mission to modernize Pakistan’s registration system. Earlier this year, the authority introduced a digital birth and death registration system in partnership with provincial governments, a project aimed at improving transparency and efficiency.
With the new hiring and office expansions, NADRA continues to move forward in making citizen services faster, more accessible and technology-driven.
