Worst Mobile Ever? Customer Frustrated Over Rs. 230,000 Xiaomi 14T Pro’s Poor Performance

A dissatisfied customer has raised serious concerns over the Xiaomi 14T Pro, calling it one of the “worst phones ever” after experiencing multiple performance issues. The user, who purchased the device for Rs. 230,000 in January 2025, claimed that the smartphone began showing problems just weeks after purchase.

According to the detailed online complaint, the customer reported severe heating issues, rapid battery drain, display lag, and even color fading on the back cover. Despite performing system updates and following recommended settings, the problems reportedly persisted, affecting daily use and gaming performance.

The user also expressed disappointment with the overall build quality and software stability, stating that the phone “feels unreliable for its premium price.” The complaint quickly gained attention on social media, where other users also shared mixed experiences with Xiaomi’s latest flagship.

The frustrated buyer has requested either a full refund or a replacement under the company’s warranty policy. However, Xiaomi has not yet released an official statement addressing the allegations.

The Xiaomi 14T Pro, marketed as a high-end flagship with advanced performance and camera features, was launched to rival Samsung and Apple devices in the same price range.

However, if more similar complaints emerge, it could raise serious concerns for the brand’s reputation among premium smartphone buyers in Pakistan and beyond.
