Voice of Hind Rajab! Film on G@za Girl’s Story to be Presented at United Nations

A powerful new film titled Voice of Hind Rajab is set to be shown at the United Nations headquarters in New York on December 4.

The movie is based on the final moments of five-year-old Hind Rajab, a young girl from Ga_za whose heartbreaking story moved people around the world.

The film is directed by Kaouther Ben Hania, who chose to tell Hind’s story using real phone calls and original audio recordings.

These real-life clips make the film emotional, raw, and deeply authentic, allowing viewers to understand what Hind went through in her last moments. It is not just a movie; it is a powerful reminder of the suffering that children in conflict zones face every day.

The special screening is being organized by CEIRPP with support from Vela, the film’s US distributor. The event will be attended by a diverse audience, including UN diplomats, global NGOs, human rights activists, journalists, students, and many others who want to learn more about the human cost of the Ga_za crisis.

The film has already received huge international praise. At the Venice Film Festival, it earned a 23-minute standing ovation, a rare honor that shows how deeply it affected viewers.

It also won the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize, one of the festival’s most respected awards. These achievements highlight how strongly the film communicates Ga_za’s ongoing human tragedy and the urgent need for the world to pay attention.

By bringing this film to the UN, the organizers hope to create awareness, spark conversations, and remind global leaders of the human stories behind the headlines especially the story of Hind, whose voice continues to be heard through this film.
