According to Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian, the two sides had an in-depth exchange of ideas on international and regional topics of mutual concern.
Foreign Minister Wang noted that the two nations had fought together to overcome many barriers since the formation of bilateral diplomatic ties 70 years ago, forming “an iron-clad friendship and an all-weather strategic partnership” of collaboration.
Zhao went on to say that believe a high level of mutual trust, mutual assistance, pursuing peace, and supporting growth together are the most distinguishing aspects of bilateral relations and greatest strength in going forward together.
