Chicken & Egg Prices Reduced in Punjab for Ramadan After CM Punks Orders!

The Pakistan Poultry Association has rolled out a special Ramadan relief package aimed at providing financial relief to consumers across Punjab during the holy month. Under this initiative, prices of essential poultry items have been reduced to make them more affordable for families managing increased household expenses in Ramadan.

According to the details, chicken meat is being offered at a subsidized rate of Rs15 per kilogram less than the prevailing market price, while eggs are available at Rs10 less per dozen. These discounted rates are being implemented at designated dealers operating in Sahulat and Ramadan bazaars across the province to ensure easy public access.

The association has announced that it is bearing the entire cost of the subsidy to support citizens without placing additional burden on retailers. It has also put in place a monitoring mechanism to maintain a steady supply chain and prevent shortages, ensuring that poultry products remain readily available throughout Ramadan.
