Tesla has added a fun new product for young children. The company recently launched the Balance Bike for Kids, priced at $225. This pedal-free bike is made for children aged 2 to 5 years old.
The bike has a lightweight magnesium frame that makes it easy for small kids to handle. It comes with a five-level adjustable seat so it can grow with the child. Tesla designed it with a sleek, futuristic look, including the Tesla wordmark on the side and the famous T logo on the front. It is built for kids weighing up to 77 pounds (about 35 kg), with a recommended limit around 66 pounds.
Balance bikes help young riders learn important skills. By pushing with their feet on the ground, children build balance, coordination, and confidence. This prepares them for regular bikes later. No pedals or motors are needed; it works like classic wooden balance bikes but with modern Tesla style.
This launch shows Tesla’s growing focus on family lifestyle products. The company already sells items like the Cyberquad for Kids, children’s clothes, and even an Optimus action figure. The new balance bike sold out quickly after launch, and resale prices on sites like eBay have jumped much higher.
Shipping for initial orders is expected in late August. It is available only through Tesla’s online shop in the US for now.
