Pakistani car buyers hoping for the launch of the 7th-generation Honda City will have to wait. Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan has officially rejected recent reports and social media claims suggesting that the new City could be launched or unveiled soon.
The rumors gained attention after a teaser from the Pakistan Auto Show appeared to show a taillight similar to the 7th-generation Honda City. This led to speculation that Honda might introduce the model at the Pakistan Auto Parts Show (PAPS) 2026 in Lahore, scheduled for September 18 to 20.
Honda has now asked customers to ignore unverified information and follow its official channels for announcements. The company has also confirmed that bookings for the existing Honda City are continuing.
Readers should check official sources for the latest automotive announcements before making any purchase decisions. Honda’s official website currently lists the existing City in three variants, with prices starting from Rs 4.737 million.
