The Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah has announced a new online appointment system for NADRA and Machine-Readable Passport (MRP) services, aiming to make the process easier for Pakistani citizens living in western Saudi Arabia.
Under the new system, applicants will be required to book appointments online before visiting the consulate. The arrangement is designed to reduce long queues, manage crowds and improve the overall experience for citizens seeking essential documentation services.
Online bookings opened on September 20, 2026, allowing applicants to choose their preferred dates and available time slots. The appointment system will become mandatory from October 1, 2026, after which NADRA and MRP services will be provided exclusively through scheduled appointments.
Applicants who successfully complete their bookings will receive an SMS confirmation along with a tracking ID. This information will allow them to monitor their appointments and keep track of their scheduled visits.
The initiative is part of efforts to improve service delivery at the Pakistani consulate in Jeddah. By shifting the appointment process online, authorities aim to create a more organised system and reduce overcrowding at the facility.
Pakistani citizens requiring NADRA or passport-related services are advised to make their appointments in advance and follow the instructions issued by the consulate. Applicants should also check official announcements for any additional requirements or updates before visiting.
The new system is expected to support more efficient service management while providing citizens with greater convenience and clarity throughout the appointment process.
