The award was presented on 6 October at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, Indonesia, during the ASOCIO Digital & AI Summit 2026, which brought together technology leaders, policymakers, innovators and industry executives from across the region. Pakistan-Built AI Competing on the International Stage
Unikrew Solutions represented Pakistan in a highly competitive AI in Financial Services category featuring organizations from seven economies — Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam.
The international field included KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (Thailand), FPT Corporation (Vietnam), the Fiscal Information Agency of Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance, INFOPRO Malaysia, and other leading technology organizations.
The category recognizes organizations using AI to drive innovation, efficiency and inclusivity across banking, fintech, insurance and capital markets, with emphasis on secure, compliant solutions delivering measurable transformation.
