Pakistan Railways has recently carried out their trial run successfully; this test run of Karachi Circular Railway from the place of City Railway Station to the area of Orangi town was made.
The trial run was conducted while connecting almost 14 km track that was also monitored and controlled by Karachi Circular Railway officers and their engineers and management team.
Pakistan Railway’s statement claimed that derailment trial run and the accident near the area of Shershah reported by media is not true, the trial train had a smooth trial and clears the test successfully.
The statement by the official sources also clarified about the 30 minute total break near the area of Shershah that had been a preplanned strategy for inspecting all operational parameters. However, this break was misconstrued as alleged derailment and media reported to be an accident.
The operations will soon start in the city.
