Another Punjab minister, Awais Leghari signed off from his position, few days before pivotal by elections in 20 electorate of the provinces.
Resignation was shared by Awais Leghari, Punjab minister on his official Twitter handle.
He will be working for PML-N and for Pakistan in best interest. He further appealed Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz to accept his resignation.
Before this, PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz) senior leaders including MNA Ayaz Sadiq and MPA Khawaja Salman Rafique reaigned from their ministries.
He was appointed as the Punjab Minister for Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education. Khawaja Salman Rafique stepped down from the provincial ministry due to ‘personal reasons’. He sent his resignation to the Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz which was accepted.
