Hassan Bin Tariq’s ‘Aye Mere Pakistan’ Wins National Song Competition Powered by Jazz

Pakistan’s 75th Independence Day was celebrated with the most zeal and zest across the country and people went gaga with the celebrations. On this occasion, Jazz, keeping its tradition of being different and spectacular decided to escalate the level one step up and came up with a never done before idea of finding a new National Song. We all know how national songs inspire us and make us fall more and more in love with our motherland and instill a sense of patriotism like nothing else.

The number 75 this year has been special – both for Pakistan and Jazz. As Pakistan hit 75 years of Independence, Jazz hit 75 million customers nationwide. And what better way to celebrate both these mammoth of situations than doing it with a brand new national song? Jazz did just that and succeeded in showing everyone how it’s done.

The National Song Competition kickstarted from the 11th of June 2022. The competition then continued its hunt from 11th uptil 12th and 13th of August 2022. Hundreds and thousands of people entered the contest with their amazing music and entries. Out of all these entries, only the top 10 were selected to showcase their talent in front of an experienced and rich in music jury.

The winning song was produced by Hassan Bin Tariq and was released for the nation on the 14th of August 2022. Hassan’s selection as the winner wasn’t an easy one since the competition was very tough and there were performances one better than the previous and so on. But Hassan was one step ahead of everyone else. His soulful music trapped everyone with its sense of nationalism and patriotism. It was a blend of art and music – the lyrics were specifically outstanding that hit everyone home.

Jazz gave Hassan a chance to bring his vision of the National Song to life with a great production and state of the art filming facilities. Jazz has always done better than everyone else and we believe that it’s winning at this game too.
