Due to his deal with a private TV channel, Kamran Akmal, the former wicket-keeper batsman for the national cricket team, has declined to serve as a selector.
In a tweet posted to the social media platform Twitter, former wicketkeeper-batsman Kamran Akmal expressed his gratitude to the PCB for including him on the selection committee.
He said that his involvement with a private channel during the PSL prevented him from accepting the position. He has disclosed his choice to the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Further, Kamran Akmal stated that he will advise the PCB of his availability following the PSL, and the PCB will determine whether to offer him the role or not.
