Wasim Akram, the president of Karachi Kings, lost his cool after his team lost a last-ball thriller to Multan Sultans on Wednesday. Karachi has now lost four of its five games in this season of the HBL PSL.
Three of these losses have been while chasing and falling short in the last over. Losing close encounters while chasing clearly took its toll on Akram, who slammed the sofa in front of him in anger.
Chasing a target of 197 runs, Karachi fell short by just three runs. Imad Wasim’s heroic unbeaten 46-run knock from 26 balls went in vain.
