A proud moment for Pakistan as an 8 year old girl won a gold medal in the category of under 14 in 25th International Open Karate Championship 2023 held in Sri Lanka, Galle Sports Complex.
Ayra Adil bagged Gold medal in the 40kg, 35kg and 20kg categories as she downed her competitors just in 20 seconds.
Pakistan’s flag was hoisted in the championship that involved various other countries such as Japan, India, Germany and Sri Lanka etc.
She represented for the first time at 25th Kensho International Karate Open Championship and she absolutely nailed it.
It was such a proud moment for her family as well as for the country.
